TRUNG NGUYEN E-COFFEE is seeking friendly, reliable, and hardworking Baristas to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee and tea, enjoy connecting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for positive team players who are welcoming, respectful, dependable, and eager to learn while delivering excellent service and high-quality drinks to every customer.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and help deliver food and beverages
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests
- Customize drinks when needed, including changes to temperature, ingredients, and quantities
- Provide friendly and attentive service by listening to customers and responding to their needs
- Follow store procedures for food and beverage quality, cash handling, safety, and security
Maintain clean and organized café, preparation, storage, and service areas - Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning as part of the team
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout each shift as needed to support store operations
Basic Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Follow store operating policies, procedures, and quality standards, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and pleasantly with customers and team members
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced café environment
- Be able to remain on your feet for extended periods, including shifts of 6+ hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be willing and able to perform different responsibilities throughout each shift
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to ask questions or request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Previous barista or food-service experience is helpful but not required. We value a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
