About Trung Nguyen E-Coffee

Our mission to bring Trung Nguyen to Houston started over a decade ago, when we first dreamed of sharing its unique coffee culture with America. Though the timing wasn’t right then, we never gave up. Years later, inspired by Trung Nguyen’s success in California, we reignited the conversation.

To honor the brand’s authenticity, we traveled with our team to Trung Nguyen’s headquarters in Vietnam, immersing ourselves in three weeks of intensive training under master coffee artisans. There, we deepened our understanding of the craft, the heritage, and the meticulous care behind every cup—preparing us to deliver Houston a true Trung Nguyen E-Coffee experience.

Driven by passion and purpose, husband-and-wife team Tiffany and Stephen Le Jr.—entrepreneurs with deep roots in business, real estate, and community leadership—proudly opened Houston’s first Trung Nguyen E-Coffee. More than just a café, they’re creating a cultural movement where every cup shares the rich story of Vietnam.
